Day 1 | Arrive Paro and Drive to Thimphu Valley 

Thimphu Valley

  • Upon landing at Paro International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will accompany you throughout your stay in Bhutan.

  • Transfer to Thimphu, the capital city, and check in to your hotel. Explore Thimphu Valley, home to the seat of Bhutan’s Royal Government and the Central Monastic Body.

  • Join local residents and devotees circumambulating the National Memorial Chorten, one of the most prominent religious landmarks in Thimphu.

  • Try your hand at making traditional Bhutanese paper at Jungshi Paper Factory, following ancient methods passed down through generations.

  • Visit Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion), which houses the throne room and offices of His Majesty the King of Bhutan.

  • Enjoy leisure time exploring Thimphu City.

Day 2 | Thimphu Valley Exploration

Day 3 | Drive to Punakha Valley

Thimphu - Punakha Valley

  • Lunch at the Taktsang Cafeteria, overlooking the monastery and surrounding mountains.

  • Leisure time in Paro Town to relax and explore the local surroundings.

  • Experience the traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath, combining heated minerals with the healing khempa herb for a unique wellness experience.

  • Dinner at a local farmhouse, enjoying authentic Bhutanese cuisine.
