Day 1 | Arrival & Thimphu ValleyThimphu Valley
Arrival in Bhutan. Upon landing at Paro International Airport, meet your representative who will guide you throughout your stay. Transfer to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, and check in to your hotel.
Explore Thimphu Valley, the seat of Bhutan’s Royal Government and Central Monastic Body. Cherish the panoramic views of Thimphu City from Buddha Dordenma, one of the largest sitting Buddha statues in the world.
Join the locals as they circumambulate the National Memorial Chorten, one of Thimphu’s most prominent religious structures. Experience traditional Bhutanese craftsmanship by making your own paper at Jungshi Paper Factory using ancient methods.
Spend the evening at leisure, exploring Thimphu City at your own pace.

Day 2 | Mushroom Festival - GenekhaThimphu & Genekha
Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Genekha to participate in the Mushroom Festival. Experience a celebration of local mushrooms and other native products. The festival includes mushroom hunting, cultural programs by local schools and communities, and showcases sustainable harvesting practices. Enjoy the organic natural flavors of Bhutan’s pristine environment.

Return to Thimphu and visit Tashi Chhoe Dzong, the “Fortress of the Glorious Religion,” which houses the throne room and offices of His Majesty the King of Bhutan. Explore the Centenary Farmer Market, bustling with fresh Bhutanese produce.
Leisure time in Thimphu City before dinner at the hotel.

Day 3 | Drive to Punakha ValleyPunakha Valley
Breakfast at the hotel before driving towards the beautiful Punakha Valley, the ancient capital of Bhutan. Enjoy the scenic journey through high mountain passes, terraced fields, and along the riverbanks of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers.
Stop at Dochula Pass to capture a stunning 360° panoramic view of the Himalayan mountain ranges.

Visit Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of the ‘Divine Madman’, known for its unique traditions and phallic symbols. Explore the courtyard of Pungthang Dewachen Phodrang – Palace of Great Happiness, the winter residence of Bhutan’s Central Monastic Body. Take a walk across the longest suspension bridge over the Pho Chu River.

Day 4 | Drive to Paro ValleyParo Valley

Drive to Paro Valley via Wangdue and Bajo Town, taking in the scenic landscapes along the way.

Explore the National Museum, Ta Dzong, home to artefacts dating back to 4000 BC, showcasing Bhutanese history and culture. Experience the beauty of Bhutanese architecture with a walk around the impressive Paro Rinpung Dzong courtyard.

Day 5 | Paro – Tiger’s Nest HikeParo Valley

Embark on a hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched dramatically on a cliffside and revered as one of the most stunning landmarks in Bhutan.
Lunch at Taktsang Cafeteria with panoramic views of the Paro Valley.
Experience traditional Bhutanese archery, the national sport, and engage in the Bhutanese hot stone bath, combining natural minerals with healing khempa herbs for a unique wellness ritual.

Day 6 | Departure from Paro Departure
